Beryl Larson
Beryl Larson is a PhD candidate in Economics and a graduate student affiliate of the California Education Lab at UC Davis. Beryl’s research focuses on the impact of public investment into human capital and early-life economic conditions. Using historical archival data and modern administrative data, she examines how early-life policy interventions and educational pathways influence economic opportunity at the individual and local levels. Before starting her PhD, Beryl worked as a Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She attended Wellesley College, where she received a bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science.
